The Loadout Manager allows you to save your current equipment configuration and apply it to yourself or your recruits later. This system streamlines the process of equipping multiple units with standardized gear.
The Loadout Manager is accessed through Equipment Boxes:
- Find or place an Equipment Box at your home, base or FOB
- Interact with the Equipment Box
- Look for loadout options in the action menu
- Equip yourself with the desired weapons, armor, and gear
- Approach an Equipment Box
- Select "Save Loadout"
- Enter a name for your loadout
- Your complete equipment configuration is saved
- By using the same name as an existing loading it will be overwritten
- Primary weapon and attachments
- Secondary weapon
- Sidearm
- Armor and clothing
- Backpack and contents
- Medical supplies
- Ammunition
- All other equipped items
- Access the loadout menu from any Equipment Box by choosing "Load Loadout"
- See all your personal loadouts
- View loadout details and equipment lists
- Select unwanted loadouts
- Choose delete option
- Confirm deletion
- Approach an Equipment Box
- Select "Load Loadout"
- Select from your saved loadouts
- Click "Apply to Self"
- Have your recruits nearby (within range of the Equipment Box)
- Access the Equipment Box
- Select "Load Loadout"
- Select the loadout to apply
- Click "Apply to Nearby Recruits"
- Items must be available in the Equipment Box
- If items are missing, the loadout will be partially applied
- You can split up your equipment boxes in a way that if you only want to apply the weapon from a loadout, only put weapons in the box
Officers in the resistance have additional loadout capabilities:
- Officers can save "Template Loadouts"
- These loadouts are available to all resistance members
- Useful for standardizing equipment across the faction
- Standardize squad equipment
- Share effective loadout configurations
- Ensure consistent gear for operations

Role-Based Loadouts
- Assault: Rifle, extra ammo, grenades
- Sniper: Long-range rifle, spotting scope, ghillie
- Medic: Light weapon, extensive medical supplies
- Support: LMG, extra ammo, smoke grenades

Mission-Specific Loadouts
- Night Ops: NVGs, suppressed weapons
- Urban Combat: Short weapons, breaching charges
- Long Patrol: Extra food, water, medical supplies

Budget Loadouts
- Create low-cost versions for new recruits
- Focus on essentials: weapon, ammo, basic medical
- Stock Properly: Keep Equipment Boxes well-supplied
- Organize by Type: Group similar items together
- Multiple Boxes: Use different boxes for different loadout types
- Regular Resupply: Check and restock after operations
- All loadouts are saved to on the server only (or locally in Single Player)
- Loadouts persist between game sessions
- Officer loadouts are saved to the resistance faction
- Loadout data is stored separately from equipment
- Personal loadouts are private to each player
- Officer loadouts are shared faction-wide
- Equipment Box contents are shared among all players
- Apply loadouts carefully in multiplayer to avoid depleting supplies
- The Equipment Box lacks required items
- Solution: Add more equipment to the box
- Target is too far from Equipment Box
- Solution: Move recruits closer to the box
- Some items were available, others weren't
- Check what's missing and resupply
- Name Clearly: Use descriptive loadout names
- Update Regularly: Refresh loadouts as you find better gear
- Test First: Apply to yourself before equipping recruits
- Keep Spares: Maintain extra equipment for multiple applications
